| The Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College is vested in the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial trust, a registered body, having full control over the affairs of the institution. It is appointed by the Academy of General Education, Manipal. |
Dr. Ramdas M. Pai,President of Governing Council and Sri T. Mohandas Pai, President of College Trust are keenly interested in welfare of the college. They have continued the heritage of Dr. Pai of liberaly sanctioning every worthwhile project to the College intended to improve amenities for the students and the staff.
